What is RegDesk?

RegDesk is a South African FAIS compliance automation platform. It helps financial services businesses get FSP licensed with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and stay compliant under the FAIS Act, the FIC Act and POPIA. RegDesk is a product of Be Relevant, a South African AI systems studio. It combines guided licence-application preparation, automated compliance-document generation, and an ongoing compliance workflow in one platform.

Who is RegDesk for?

RegDesk is built for Compliance Officers (COs), Financial Services Providers (FSPs), Key Individuals (KIs), FSP business owners, and compliance agencies that manage multiple FSPs. It suits both non-experts getting licensed for the first time and experienced compliance practices running a portfolio of FSP clients.

What does RegDesk do?

RegDesk covers the full compliance lifecycle: guided FSP licence application preparation (Category I–IV and CASP) for the FSCA online process; automated generation of compliance documents such as the Risk Management and Compliance Programme (RMCP), compliance manual, TCF policy, conflict-of-interest policy, complaints and business-continuity policies; an ongoing compliance workflow that tracks the annual compliance report, CPD, competence registers and key regulatory deadlines; and Key Individual and Representative onboarding including RE1/RE5, fit-and-proper and Class of Business.

What are RegDesk's products?

RegDesk comes in three modes: RegDesk FSP for a single FSP (guided and task-oriented for non-experts); RegDesk Agency for compliance practices managing a portfolio of FSPs; and RegDesk White-Label, an agency-branded compliance portal for partners who serve their own FSP clients under their own brand.

Does RegDesk offer a free trial and how much does it cost?

Is RegDesk legal or compliance advice?

No. RegDesk is software that prepares compliance documents and structures your workflow for a qualified Compliance Officer or Key Individual to review, adapt and approve. It is not legal, compliance or financial advice, and it does not replace a registered compliance professional. Every generated document is a first draft for your CO to sign off.
