DD reports are priced per report and paid separately using RegDesk’s VerifyNow credits. Each report combines live regulator pulls (FSCA, CIPC, IRBA), SA ID verification and AML/PEP/sanctions screening.

How much does RegDesk cost?
RegDesk starts at R2,949 per month for the Practitioner plan (a single FSP entity managing its own compliance). Compliance firms managing multiple FSPs start at R5,499 per month base plus a per-FSP rate that decreases as the book scales — R1,850 per FSP (up to 5 FSPs), R1,650 per FSP (6–20 FSPs), R1,500 per FSP (21–49 FSPs). Enterprise plans for 50+ FSPs are bespoke.
Which RegDesk plan is right for me?
Practitioner suits a single-FSP business managing its own compliance. Firm suits a compliance practice with up to 5 FSP clients. Portfolio (the most popular tier) suits growing compliance firms with 6–20 FSP clients. Scale is for established firms with 21–49 FSPs. Enterprise is bespoke for compliance operations at 50+ FSPs, including white-label branding.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. RegDesk includes a 14-day free trial on all plans. You can prepare compliance documents, run a due-diligence report, and see the full workflow before committing to a paid plan.
How does the annual billing discount work?
Annual billing gives a 15% discount off the monthly rate. Rates are locked for 12 months at the price of your first invoice — no mid-contract price increases as the platform grows.
Are Due Diligence reports included in the plan?
Due Diligence reports are priced per report and paid separately using VerifyNow credits. Report pricing includes an FSP Quick Check (FSCA + CIPC entity status), a KI Fitness & Propriety report, a CO Fitness & Propriety report, and a Director Integrity report. Each report combines live regulator pulls (FSCA, CIPC, IRBA), SA ID verification and AML/PEP/sanctions screening. Prices are shown in-app at the point of ordering.
Can compliance agencies white-label RegDesk?
Yes. RegDesk White-Label lets a compliance agency present an agency-branded compliance portal to its own FSP clients. It is included in the Enterprise plan and available as an add-on on the Portfolio and Scale plans.
What payment methods does RegDesk accept?
RegDesk bills in South African Rands (ZAR) via Paystack — card and EFT are supported. Monthly and annual billing are both available. Enterprise contracts are invoiced directly.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time — the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Cancel any time from the Billing tab; you keep access through the end of the paid period.
